We will gladly exchange or refund merchandise as long at it is unworn and unused.
Merchandise must be sent within 15 days of the date of purcharse. You have 15 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Earrings are exempt from being returned. Such exemption applies to all earrings purchased from our website.
Additional non-returnable items are gift cards and sale items. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the item is received.
In case of returns and exchanges due to defective merchandise, the customer will be offered one of the following alternatives by mutual agreement: merchandise repair, exchange, store credit or a refund.
The term defective does not include nor is limited to flaws arising from excesive or improper use, scratches, worn or faded soles, damage or lost ornaments, faded merchandise, merchandise that stains the skin.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
